Review contract terms, conditions, and obligations to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain complete records of contract-related documents, correspondences, and approvals.
Prepare, submit, and track variations, extension of time (EOT) claims, and contractual notices.
Draft, review, and administer subcontract agreements, ensuring alignment with main contract terms.
Identify contractual risks, monitor compliance, and escalate potential issues to management.
Assist in preparation and verification of interim payment applications and subcontractor payment certifications.

Requirements:

4–7 years’ experience in contract administration within the UAE construction industry, preferably with exposure to FIDIC-based contracts.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
